  • High-Demand Periods (Holidays/Promotions): Processing may extend up to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat $6.99 fee applies to all orders.

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10 – 16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14 – 21 business days

High-demand seasons or customs processing may cause slight delays.

  • Note: Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to activate. A delay in tracking doesn’t mean your order is lost; it’s still on the way.

4. International Shipments & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Responsibility: Any customs duties or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

  • Fees: Customs fees are typically minimal for small lifestyle products, but regulations vary by country.

5. Changes or Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, we prioritize getting products to you quickly.

  • Changes or Cancellations: Send requests to service@xyviow.com within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Important: Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We care about your experience.

  • Damaged Items: If your package is damaged, send a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your order is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
